Building on Impact. Expanding Opportunity. Strengthening Community.
As we enter 2026, Deja-Me on Main remains committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals, families, and youth throughout Clarion and Western Pennsylvania. Building on the powerful momentum of 2025, our focus this year is on growth, outreach, education, and partnership expansion—strengthening both our business and the communities we serve.
Below is our official vision for 2026:
This year we will officially introduce Comfort Couture, a compassion-driven program that brings curated clothing, personalized shopping experiences, and uplifting interactions directly into local nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
Our goals include:
Establishing partnerships with multiple facilities across Clarion & Venango counties
Providing private or group clothing fittings for residents
Offering dignity-centered services that improve quality of life
Creating volunteer and learning opportunities via this outreach program
Following the strong impact of our 2025 pilot, we aim to:
Increase the number of vouchers available to families in need
Partner with more agencies to distribute clothing support
Offer themed voucher bundles (seasonal, emergency, youth-focused, maternity, etc.)
Streamline redemption processes to better serve both clients and caseworkers
Our long-term vision is for Clothes4Communities to become one of the region’s leading clothing-access resources.
Deja-Me on Main thrives through collaboration. In 2026, we will:
Sign on new partnerships with agencies who support children, families, seniors, and individuals facing hardship
Expand relationships with schools, marching bands, youth programs, and social-service providers
Collaborate with businesses on joint fundraising, donation drives, and training opportunities
Build a regional network committed to uplifting community members in need
Our goal is to transform our Grand Avenue location into a youth workforce and skills development hub.
In 2026, we plan to introduce:
Youth workshops on customer service, retail skills, inventory management, fashion repair, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing
“Mini job labs” where teens can practice interviewing, communication, and workplace etiquette
Volunteer-led or agency-supported skill-building sessions
A youth mentorship track for those interested in retail, marketing, and nonprofit work
This complements your ongoing mission to help young people build confidence, employability, and purpose.
Building on the success of your CareerLink hybrid roles, Deja-Me on Main will:
Create additional 6-month training positions
Introduce specialty learning tracks (E-commerce Assistant, Digital Content Creator, Community Outreach Support, Bridal Stylist Training, etc.)
Offer certificate-aligned tasks that help trainees qualify for outside employment
Increase collaboration with local workforce development organizations
To strengthen the business side, Deja-Me on Main will:
Expand the Wedding & Formal Boutique inventory
Offer exclusive “Bride Experience” add-on packages
Increase prom, homecoming, and Snowball inventory
Launch more themed try-on events and boutique days
Continue offering budget-friendly and inclusive sizing options
This supports revenue growth while maintaining accessibility.

Expanding the Holiday Shop Fundraiser
Adding seasonal events to support families with coats, shoes, promwear, and back-to-school needs
Introducing a Spring “Community Closet Week”
Growing Consign4Cause participation to support more local nonprofits
Business-focused goals for a more efficient and scalable operation:
